Holy moly. For the most part we have faced as easy w slate of opposing pitching as possible and but for Vinny Velasquez walking in some runs we can’t score.

I was all for letting Walker swing there - he looks like a hitter up there. But maybe the smart play was the squeeze?

The Mets aren't cashing in yet, but even with most batters looking like last week made them rusty, they're still getting a ton of base runners.

This offense is going to put up a lot of runs.
