Of course there's always the option of...he's slow and represented the tying run and they were trying to win the game.

Lutz was HBP and represented the tying run so it's either one, the other, or a combination of the two...

Marte's been tremendous since the ASB.

.294/.341/.444 and his K/BB has been 3/1, down from a close to 6/1 in the first half.

Nice to see the "Silver Boy" starting to 'get it'.
