Post subject: Avoid personal comments directed at other posters

Lately, I'm noticing an increase in the number of posts that make references to the poster of a post instead of sticking to comments on the content of the post itself.
Of course, this is not acceptable on NYFS and it never has been.
No one appreciates having another person comment on their mood, mindset, or motivation for making a post. That's why we've always had the rule.
I'm not sure why we've had this recent rise in commenting on other posters, but it has to stop.
