More of a back of the 30 guy RT @Jaypers413 Would you consider Omar Luis to be top 10 worthy on the #Yankees prospect list?

What's the scouting report on Omar Luis Rodriguez, the 19 year-old the Yankees just signed?

Not great. Bad body guy with mediocre arm speed who'll need some delivery help. Scouts I talked to were surprised he got as much as he did. You can improve the body (but not the lack of athleticism) and you can clean up the delivery, but it'll be hard to speed that arm up.

Ben Badler might have a new Met note for BA subscribers.

Go ahead.

I'll wait.

SS Ahmed Rosario

Mets appear to lead. Others include Astros, Cubs and White Sox.

Rosario has chance to be highest paid out of DR this year.

Weird. Absolutely nothing comes up when you google his name.

There are 13 players from the DR on that list and this kid nothing comes up when you google his name? I find it very hard to believe he's going to be the biggest bonus from DR.

Maybe the Mets have been hiding him in a maintenance closet at their Dominican Academy.

There wasn't a single positive thing said about the kid in that article, followed by a note that the next player listed was considered the best dominican ss by a scout and then another note that another dominican ss was even better than the previous one, according to another scout.

Maybe it's Samuel Juiz working under a new name.

Okay, raise your hand if you've been here long enough to get that reference.....
