The pitch counter and balls/strikes counter switch depending on which team is at bat. For instance, Mets pitching/Braves batting, the pitch count will be under the "NYM" part of the board while the balls/strikes count will be under the "ATL" side of the board.

We are productive-outing this inning to death.
And NMig - the switch has been made. He discussed it during pitchers and catchers and of course the press followed the rhetoric of "He has a big fastball, but needs a better secondary pitch" rather than figuring out the truth.
Certainly think the use of the 2 seamer more and better fastball command, which he appears to be showing, would be the bigger factor in him achieving greater success, not eliminating his really good swing and miss slider. But who knows. Guess I defer to the "pro's" on that.
The good news is that he's been very good this spring with the new pitch and we're no longer in danger of hearing whispers of Miguel Batista being carried over him like we got early in spring (altho we can't shake Batista anyway).
