I know it's the Astros, but Pelf was hitting 94 MPH in the first inning sitting 91-93, and his sinker looked like it was there. Regardless of results, thats at least a little bit encouraging.

I think we have to remember that Pelf had this "new-found" velocity last week against a semi-regular Cards lineup and still got shelled. This Astros team is bad, and this lineup was mostly backups.
