By the way, Howie Rose called the Isles/Devils game last night, hopped on a 6am flight to Tampa this morning, called this miserable showing today, and will soon depart back to NY with the club.

That's pretty nuts.

Thanks for hitting that big homer today, Cervelli.

Your reward is a minor league assignment, because the Yanks just traded for Chris Stewart....

That's pretty crazy. Don't care if Stewart is out of options or not. I would think it would be a temporary thing for Cervelli. If the Yankees don't need Cervelli, I will gladly take him as the backup here over Nickeas.

I know im new around here but I really don't like Nickeas he seems like he has not attitude or spunk that you want you know what I mean same with Thole but I rather him a lot more than Nickeas I rather Cervelli then Nickeas as well too.

Whose idea was it too to have a ST game the day before a day game opener. Do they really need to sell tickets at PSL that bad?

I wouldn't worry too much about either catcher. Both are playing for their positions for next year. Thole produces or at BEST he's a platoon player next year. I think Nickeas is awful BUT to be fair Matt Harvey talked him up.

Im not really worried just saying they have no spark.

Nickeas might be a good catcher to pitch to that is why Harvey talked him up but that is about it

I know money was tight in the off season but they couldn't at least pick up a veteran or someone that will hit better than Nickeas?
