Bingo lost, 5-3.

Lagares had 2 singles and a double in 5 trips. Stole a base and scored a run.

Sluger,
I'm 99% sure Valdespin in CF is coming from Sandy and not Wally.

Well, Sandy had said Valdespin would play CF, 2B and SS. It looks to me like he has turned into the every day CF. I actually think he's better suited to play CF, so I'm actually pleased to see them giving it a try.

I wasn't impressed with Valdespin at 2b . A utility if/of has big value

I'm think Mulvey with 8 walks vs. 5 k's in 5.1 innings = not good lol

I dunno 4 innings 81 pitches and pulled mid inning seems strange.

Gorski wasn't hurt.

Quote:
The B-Mets nearly cracked in the fifth. After Heiker Meneses was hit by Gorski to start the inning, Derrik Gibson pushed a bunt up the third base line. The B-Mets pitcher fielded the roller cleanly, but his throw to first tailed towards the runner. Gibson ran into Allan Dykstra's left arm and the ball rolled down the first base line. When the dust settled, Portland had runners at second and third, Dykstra was pulled from the game and Gorski's day was done. The southpaw took a no-decision and struck out five while allowing two runs over four innings.
