BTW, on Muno's splits (saw this mentioned over the weekend), he is a fairly new switch hitter. I remembered reading this last year but didn't put in the time to find it. Here it is:
Muno -- a natural left-handed hitter -- picked up switch-hitting his sophomore year of college, after facing a ton of tough southpaws as a freshman when the program reached the College World Series.
“I faced [current Oriole] Brian Matusz and a couple of top draft picks my freshman year that were throwing lefty, and left-on-left,” Muno said. “It was a pretty tough battle. So I just decided to hit right-handed.”
Note: Muno has a really good weekend hitting RH'ed and all of a sudden, those SSS stats don't look so bad (.750 OPS).
Muno just might become my favorite positional prospect if he keeps this up, not that he has a whole lot of competition.
He just seems like one of those scrappy (because he's small!) guys who will do a little of everything. Like a Kirk of the infield, except with better strikezone judgment.
By the way, has he been playing 2B or SS? Or both?

Pretty much 2B exclusively. Wilfredo Tovar is the SS every time he plays.
Dylan Owen takes Jeremy Hefner's start, and Matt Tuiasosopo takes Valdespin's CF job (that doesn't make a lot of sense).
Something happened to Loewen, who left a game early after a home plate collision the other day and hasn't been seen or heard from since. Not on DL, though.
Buffalo apparently playing down a ton of guys tonight. Valdy, Hefner gone w/o announced replacements, Loewen injured, something might be up with Reyes to give Tui a CF start, etc.

1 game at SS, 12 at 2B.
If there's any hope of him at SS, another candidate to maybe get promoted to Bingo quasi-aggressively instead of Shields, who has stuck to DH in St. Lucie and hasn't hit much. Could get regular SS time there ahead of Navarro/Kazmar, with Shields sliding in to play 2B in St. Lucie.
