Quick inning for Nolasco kind of saves his PC situation.

Gaby being Gaby against the Mets.
1-1 now.
Its amazing. He MURDERS us
Sometimes it just seems like a player kills the Mets, but this is the stone cold truth.
.354/.412/.618/1.030 before today (although "just" .286/.341/.471/.813 at Citi).
Keep in mind, while other traditional "Met killers" have actually been really good hitters against everyone (HOF'er Chipper Jones, fairly underrate Pat Burrell), Gaby Sanchez isn't.
Gaby, career: .267/.341/.435
So, Gaby, against everyone but the Mets (quick math):

Is this gonna be one of those, "Hey! We scored a run in the first so lets not score again" games?
I think the 4th inning will be a good indicator of whether or not that's true. Got some (theoretically) big bats coming up.

Valdespin put a charge into one that I thought had a chance but Bonifacio tracks it down. Took two pitches (balls) before swinging. Nice AB, solid contact.

Yeah this game suddenly has a different feel to it. Appeared we were on Nolasco and Niese was rolling, know we're in danger of suddenly falling behind multi-runs with the Fish set up for a big inning here.
