It's not just passed balls. Thole "only" has 3 this year but he also has 4 errors in only 19 starts and only 26% CS. Thole is simply not a good defensive catcher. Pitchers clearly shake him off more often than most catchers. Amazingly 0 baserunners have stolen a base with RA Dickey pitching. As for your original question, Thole has 2 passed balls with Dickey pitching and baserunners are 0/1 with Dickey pitching.
