Good luck Gee.

Hello Harvey.

Now, what happens if/when Chris Young goes down... Something we may have to add to the list with the trade deadline up ahead.

I'm a huge supporter of Gee ... and this is such a sad thing to hear.

He really made great strides this year ... hopefully he comes back strong and picks up where he left off in the Mets rotation next year.

Remember Dillon also pitches with a partially torn labrum in his shoulder.

Wonder if that gets cleaned up while he's going under the knife anyway?

Before Gee falls into oblivion, I'll pat myself on the back one final time for this: viewtopic.php?p=1055610#p1055610

Let's hope we don't have to worry about that.

I wonder if there's any relationship between the two situations.

I was trying to suggest that but I have less than a clue regarding anatomy and didn't want to look foolish if that was an absurd suggestion.

Aka, thanks for going out on that limb so I didn't have to :) .

The rest Of the beat now confirms the same news.

I have a feeling Rich is about to "call" his "source".

thats rough bad luck that our pitchers always seem to go down when theyre at their best. Vaya con Dios, Gee. Mets should probably sign Jamie Moyer just in case Chris Young goes down
