Sandy looks like a genius now not moving Cabrera and Reyes.

I really hope that sounded sarcastic.

Not so fast...

Cabrera getting an MRI tomorrow. Says he has an issue with a lower back. Doesn’t think it’s bad.

They also cited a hamstring.

So are they approaching enough men down now to force the callup of Evans or McNeil?

So, lets say Cabrera gets shut down too.

1B: Dom
2B: Cheech
SS: Rosario
3B: Reyes
Bench: Reynolds

They could manage with that, but calling up a player would probably be good just for a little depth.

Apparently the culprit is Florida. Just don't tell Dontrelle Willis.

“When is the last time you have been to southern Florida in August?” Wright said. “I don’t think [the weight loss] was all that planned, maybe the mindset was a little bit to get in the best shape possible to attempt this rehab, but six weeks in southern Florida in July and August, I think helped out, especially being out there for a few hours each day in the afternoon. I think that was the main culprit.”

lol this is like the end of a bad NFL season where everyone finds their way onto IR in the last month to get off a sinking ship.
