So if all the bonus amounts, we have seen, are correct the Mets have $1,015,000 to spend.

Raimfer Salinas and Antonio Cabello have not. But I have seen reports they may wait till 2018 to sign.

In the BA Top 50
These guys have to wait till their birthdays to sign.
Ezequiel Tovar linked to Rockies
Carlos Aguiar linked to Twins
Mauro Bonifacio linked to Twins
David Marcano linked to Mets

#46 Oslelvis Basabe seems to be the only one eligible that hasn't signed.

Mets are going to sign in 30-40 guys.

Some of them will catch.

Milton "bad dude" Ramos traded to the O's for international money. http://m.mets.mlb.com/news/article/2406 ... ool-money/

Thank you Baltimore. Maybe this was them returning the Ynoa favor.

It's good to have a little bit of a buddy-buddy relation with another team. Baltimore is perfect cause they can play foil to the Nationals a bit (in terms of attendance and maybe local TV rankings) and occasionally, the Yankees in fighting for a playoff spot.

Buyers market for international pool money, so Mets were never in danger in losing a top tier prospect.

As for Ramos, he could probably gain from being in a system not flooded with shortstops at every level. He's a solid defender and shown flashes of success at the plate..

It won't be long before MLB steps in.

They just had a new CBA and all that brought was strict caps which will encourage more of this.
