This is what Heyman said

The Reds may try to keep star free agent shortstop Zack Cozart, which would make their decision not to trade him look a lot better. They certainly put a high price on him in trade discussions this summer, asking the Orioles at one point for top prospect Austin Hays, who later became the first player from the 2016 draft to make the majors.

Braves news:

Coppolella says the team “needs to make a decision” on R.A. Dickey‘s club option for 2018. Other than that, the team “won’t be playing in big free-agent pitching waters,” preferring instead to give opportunities to younger pitchers

The Braves’ biggest priority this winter will be relief pitching Coppolella says. The team will look for one reliever or “preferably two.”

Gonna be expensive for relief pitchers this offseason.

I'd bring back Dickey in a heartbeat. He only needs to be more consistent and pitch more innings per start than Montero to be useful and I think that's a safe bet.

He'll be another year farther away than when he was good.

if being marginally better than Montero is what you aim for then 2018 is a lost cause.

He's been more or less exactly at the league average since leaving New York (i.e. since he was good). ERA+ of 98, 102, 105, 96, 99. I don't have a strong opinion either way on this one, but on a one year deal to fill the fifth starter spot, he's more or less what you're usually looking for in that spot.

Acquiring Ian Kinsler at this point in his career is exactly the kind of move that bad organizations make.

Incidentally, for those dismissing Dom based on what he's shown in his hundred plus at-bats in New York, with league average BABIP he'd be hitting a fairly reasonable .252/.292/.450.

The same was said when the Tigers got Kinsler a few years ago after he showed signs of decline in Texas. It's worked out pretty dang well.

Nothing wrong with adding him for a one year commitment.

Are the Tigers even going to pick up his option?

Avila strongly indicated they are picking up Kinsler's option and then will decide to keep or deal him.

Sounds like a fantasy right out of the Alderson playbook.

Never mind. He's just 2 PAs from 2018 vesting.
