Good news from the New York Mets Instructional League is that left-hander Anthony Kay has now pitched twice this week as he makes his return from Tommy John Surgery.

Kay threw one inning on Monday and threw another today in Port St. Lucie.

I am happy with either here, but I had both, then Oswalt ahead of Guillorme.

What am I missing when it comes to Marcos Molina?

He seemed to have a pretty successful season considering he missed a full season and was pitching at the AA level for the first time as a 22 year old

You put him in the bullpen he doesn't have better stuff than Bashlor?

Kay who hasn't pitched yet jumps ahead of Molina from our last rankings. Why?

I'm honestly curious.

I was thinking of nominating him so I'm wondering what the case is against him

The numbers are not bad from coming back from a year off. so im guessing bad scouting reports?

I took Kay here

You trade someone like Bashlor for someone like Kay (legit 1st round talent coming off injury) everyday and twice on Sunday

Molina was 90-92 “lacking sink” this year per BA so no without further recovery his stuff is not “better than Bashlor” in the pen.
