Haha, so forget what I said above. Looks like Tuefel is coming back as 1B/infield coach, Roessler is just getting internally promoted to full HC, and Sherlock is being held over as 3B coach.

So Callaway is getting say over BC and PC?

Yeah, but I would expect them to bring in someone additional as IF coach.

Ackert says one of the NL East teams offered Roessler their head hitting coach job last season so he's not some schlub.

Eiland out as pitching coach, Romanick the only known interview so far per Puma (note, Puma made clear he means he doesn't know if/who else has been spoken to before the catch the media being police arrive) he just meant Romanick is the only KNOWN candidate interviewed.

Like I said, I'm sure the staff is going to end up being some sort of compromise. It's not like a 1st time manager has lots of leverage to exert so if he gets a couple of his guys on the staff, it's fine.
