Hard to break it down to 1 batter and 1 pitcher.

I got Uriarte, JM Medina, Fermin, Paez of the lesser knowns. And Gimenez with a breakout that will put him on the national prospect map.

The mound is a little harder but (health willing) Holderman, McGeorge, Hanhold, Trent Johnson.

Is Holderman going to pitch?

I'd want to go through the lists a bit to pick more carefully, but off the cuff:

Blake Taylor will surprise a few people. I'm not saying he'll be a stud but he'll get a bit of notice.

Andrew Church - he's my big one.

Cheech - I think last year was a bad year and he'll be improved.

and not sure they're real picks cause they've gotten praise in the spring, but Kay and Guillorme, Lindsay and Alonzo. True breakouts shouldn't be guys that everyone already likes.

I’ll go from each level...

AAA PJ Conlon - He did sneaky well at Spring.
AAA David Thompson - I was very impressed with his spring. He should add some power at Vegas...

AA - Gerson Bautista - This guy could be in the majors next year...
AA - Tim Tebow - Why not... no one else really stands out.

A+ - Justin Dunn - has the raw talent to pull it together.
A+ - Andres Gimenez - I know... how can our top prospect breakout... Somehow he just will, the guy can play...

A - Anthony Kay - Good talent with no expectations
A - Quinn Brodey - I really like his swing when I saw him in Brooklyn. Let’s see if he can put it together.

Other - Cameron Plank - Time for him to step up and earn his signing bonus.
Other - Jose Peroza - quiet international signing with good early stats.

Props on Thompson. He's a good pick.

I'm going to throw Matt Winaker out there as a possible breakout.

Ranfy Adon not opening in full season ball already puts me behind the 8-ball, but I'll continue to die on that hill.

For pitcher I'll throw a rock and hit Marcos Correa.

That was unexpected.
