Which of the Kids/Rookies do you like for 2018?

Drew Smith. I think he plays a bigger role than you would think by the end of the summer.

My dark horses are Kyle Regnault, Marcos Molina in the pen and David Thompson to make a debut at some point.

On another message board, somebody said they liked Thompson more after seeing him in the AFL. I think Thompson has a shot at being a fun player and possibly our 2019 3rd baseman.

Dom, unlike some of the others, had a bad babip and might have more upside than he showed batting average wise. He's also got some pop.

I realize its in the direction of silly to believe in rookies like Guillorme, Thompson, Nimmo & Dom to turn this team around, but there's a chance.

I remember when Ordinez initially came to Queens and I remember how fun it was to watch him dive after a ball that no one could get only to make a crazy high throw... His fielding comp is pretty similar and at a min will improve our pitchers ERA with solid INF defense...

If he catches a bat flip while he’s in the Majors even better
