Rookie maximums for at-bats (130), games pitched (30) or innings (50) in the major leagues"

If the 2 leaders are within 5% of each other, or the leader has less than 35% there will be a run-off between the top 2. If a run-off results in a tie the tiebreaker will be vote total in the previous poll, we will continue to "go back" in the polls until there is a clear leader.
*Rosario ineligible
*Dom ineligible

P.S. don't stress too much if you feel player X deserves to be on this list vs. player Y. It's extremely unlikely someone not yet nominated would be win any given poll. Nominate those you see fit.
** Executive decision, pulled the plug early on #7. By having the polls begin in the morning it allows for a more lively discussion. Lindsay was running away with the vote. Same with #10. Poll #11 will only have 9 options, I accidently had Kay listed a second time (copy and paste, sue me lol)

I actually spent a couple of minutes on this one. There are some players who desperately need a kick start (Sanchez, Carpio and Guerrero), a player who has gone backwards (Becerra) but could still evolve and a pitcher who could become useful but on the other hand, may never see the majors (Gonzalez).

I went with the latter (Harol). His ceiling may be Dillon Gee but I actually see that as possible.

That's not an actual player, is it?

You just made it up to see if we were paying attention.

Ouch. Where does he rank? That's pitiful. So theoretically, #45 on this list might be the 2,000th best prospect in baseball.

Apparently Kay looks pretty good in instructs. Very is he could be a big leaguer in a 4th starter type of role.

Double ouch. Just narrowly missed having 1 prospect on that list. Has to be the worst system in baseball, right?

All we need is one year where we have a bunch of unfortunate events, are out of it in the summer, have 5 or 6 tradeable assets and just make a bunch of trades to restock our system.

Possibly. The Tigers, Halos and Marlins systems have all gotten better in the past yr. To me, the Mets are certainly in the bottom 5 with the Royals, O's, M's and Giants.

I think KLaw has both Peterson and Gimenez in his top 100 fwiw.

I'm not too worried about the system. Several guys could be top 100 by this time next year with reasonable progression this season.
