Cameron Planck sighting for Kingsport.

He threw a 1-2-3 inning.

He had thrown just 0.2 innings in his first three years with the organization.

Baty goes oppo, all of his homers have been opposite field. Massive power.

.@baty_brett shows off his CANNON of an arm. He guns down a Reds hitter at first from foul territory!

Tony Dibrell having a nice season for St. Lucie, ERA 2.39, giving up less homers but the K-rate has dipped a bit, along with the HR's being dipped...so one could attest he's throwing more sinkers then 4-seamers....

Hansel Moreno has been a different player since returning to St. Lucie. He's batting .448 over his last 10 games - a double, 2 triples, homer, 3 walks, 5 Ks.

Ranfy Adon had a nice game tonight: 4 for 4, double, run, 2 RBIs, SB

Kevin Smith might be the most unheralded impressive season in the entire system. Aside from a pedestrian whip, he’s having a terrific season.

Baty seems like one of those prospects that has good power numbers but nothing else offensively. One of those guys that every year is K’ing at 20-25% but surviving because of the competition.....until he gets to AA and becomes a bust of a pick.

I totally could see his career arc as a converted pitcher 6 years down the line in another organization.
