Smith & Kilome were neck and neck so I put them 10 & 11.

Went Humphreys and Newton....

Humphreys surprised us all with his Fall Ball performance and maybe gave us a preview of how he could perform coming out of the bullpen... He will likely start in AA ball but is definitely a late call up option for the Mets if they get a rash of injuries....

Newton is a definite wild card... He has all the Raw tools to be a star but can’t seem to put it together yet..
He was skipped over in the Rule V, so likely everyone else agrees he’s not ready for the big leagues...
He will likely be pushed in St Lucie this season but if he still doesn’t produce he will start dropping off prospect lists quickly.

Since spring training starts soon, I’m also in favor of the no-run off approach.
