and I don;t think we should do this for everything...

but given how haywire this offseason is...

if we have an official thread for that player, can we keep all the news articles in that thread. It makes everything a lot easier to follow. I thought the a-fraud thread turned out real nice.

especially this time of year, where we could have new articles with new rumors every day.

the problem (probably unavoidable) is that in a santana thread, a poster decides that the most recent "price" offered it too high or too low, but thinks that another pitcher is worth that price, changing the conversation to another player.

I personally do not like all articles etc under one thread. If a thread is 50 pages long and I haven't been reading and posting regularly on that thread, I don't bother opening it.

So you'd prefer to open 15 different ones? I don't understand that. Folks ( me included ) just have to realize that their own thought or find isn't so special that it needs to be seen by itself. I dunno, it seems easier to me to just look at the thread see it's still on page 171 and know nothing is going on.
