So glad someone started this thread. I was going nuts thinking it was on my end. I'm on Windows 7, but have had issues accessing the site using Chrome, Firefox, and IE. Safari seems to work the best lately, but I have to refresh it occasionally too. I'm getting the same thing as y'all are, with the page not completing and half of my screen being the blue background. I've also had the same issue using three different browsers on my Samsung Galaxy S5.
I sometimes randomly get redirected from this site to the app store when using my mobile device (iPhone/Safari).

It happens on my desktop, both windows 7, both IE and Firefox, but my laptop is fine. It seems, newer machines don't have a problem, older ones do - based on my small sample size of 2 machines.
I have the same problem and it's only the fantasy football ad. Any other ad, it loads everything but if it's the fantasy football ad, it doesn't load the board. It gets as far as the news links up top and stops.
