I must be an idiot. I cant figure out how to get an avatar attached. can someone post directions here

Click on that.

Then go to the bottom and click on the button that says "Avatar Gallery". There are a ton of Mets headshots to choose from! If you want an outside image, just paste the URL of the picture into the appropraite line. If you want to upload an image, you can do that, too..
