Carrillo is not playing tonight but Tant Shepherd (another pick of ours) is in the lineup batting leadoff for Texas.

After not playing in Game 1, Xorge went 2 for 3 last night before being lifted for a pinch-runner.

Game 3 is tonight on ESPN2HD.

Did anybody else get a chance to watch any of the Texas-AU games over the weekend? I watched a bit last night--Carrillo caught for AU, but I didn't see him do anything of any particular note either defensively or offensively. Wondered if anybody else had a chance to size him up.

I saw him earlier in the year in a game vs. Oregon. He seems like a good catching prospect. Great size and strong. His arm seemed to be OK as well although no one tried to steal on him.
