No surprise they take a couple seniors at the back end of the capped rounds after taking a guy like Nido.

Anything on this guy's stuff? I did a quick search but couldn't find anything. PG USA has his bio from high school where he was an outfielder.

Seems like a late bloomer.

He got absolutely bombed as a freshman, got bombed in just one appearance as a sophomore, pitched pretty well as a weekday starter/reliever as a junior and then finally emerged as USD Saturday starter this year.

Had a rough end to his (and his team's) season at Regionals on Saturday.

He faced 12 Creighton hitters and 8 of them reached base before he was yanked.
