Just reported the potential (former?) top 10 pick has tested positive for PEDs. Basically, with reports of him free falling, would you want the Mets to take him?

That's a tough call, but if his success was in part due to peds, I'd have to say no, not at 19, maybe at 31. You just don't know what you're getting when you draft a guy who's chemically augmented his ability to some degree.

If it's a minor thing like Adderall, then I'd strongly consider taking him. But I'm basically guessing.

I've vocally been pro-Delvin but right now I think he's a guy you take if he falls to 31. Too much risk to blow your first pick on him, he could be Luis Guillorme.

Luis Guillorme appears to be becoming the new "guy we comp everyone to who fits a low ceiling infielder" type mold.

Similar to how every college pitchability guy will be comped to Dillon Gee, and every bad performance, big arm guy will be compared to Bobby Parnell.

Any others like this we can think of?

At least the ones we're not excited about: absolutely. Good one.

The ones who think can move quickly are of course Joe Smiths.

Every first baseman with limited power has a ceiling of Olerud/Hernandez/Grace, but a floor of Loney.

The Guillorme comparison was simply a fill in for elite glove-weak bat shortstop profile. Although maybe Milton Ramos would be more apt.
