Shea Langeliers had a decent game today:

5 for 6, 3 HR, 11 RBI, double, walk, 3 runs

Jonathan Mayo thinks Brett Baty might jump into the Top 10.

How about a thin system not drafting directly into its strength?

its supposed to be a strength .. but its not playing out that way

Rosario, AG and Roma have all been underwhelming

There is potential in all 3 of course .. but i would seriously consider Stott

SS that perform are valuable assets .. the more, the merrier.

If 2 or more are playing to their potential -- thats a great problem to have.

Since I don't expect out-of-the-box thinking, and I don't like anyone mocked our way, my best case scenario is that Manoah slips through and is too good to pass up.

Nitey would pick Corbin Carroll.

Personally, my three top choices for round one are:
Jackson Rutledge
Alek Manoah
George Kirby

For the second round, I like
Josh Wolf (he might not bite if not first round)
Matt Wallner
Kendall Williams (signability issue)

For the third, I'd love to poach
Matt Cronin
GlenAllen Hill Jr.

Sleeper picks: Davis Wendzel, Ben Brecht

If the Mets take Bishop I think my head will explode. FG's last mock has Bishop slip to us at 12. I'm going to pretend I didn't see it.

Agreed, that pick would be ideal. If he is gone, I would be fine with any of Jung, Langeliers or Stott. Manoah is the only P I would want there. Thompson's injury history is very worrisome.

Sounds like you misunderstood. Not really too high on Bishop. If Rutledge is there and we pass, I will be really pissed.

I must have. I would love Bishop. Rutledge is intriguing, but scares me a bit. I also want a bat at 12.
