I was looking for some recommendations for music to have on while I work out. Thanks!

I listen to a few bands but I get on kicks with my music. Lately, I've been listening to Chevelle and Breaking Benjamin often. I don't really listen to my preferential genre - classic rock - while working out. I mainly listen to newer hard rock - avenged sevenfold, godsmack, system of a down. I like hard, fast guitars and heavy drums.

I actually never listen to music working out. I listen to my body.

Ya know AZ, as I've been playing with different music, I'm finding some of it more distracting focus-wise than helping.

I would do that, save for the Korean pop overwhelming whatever sounds my body might make. Example A:

I've been bumpin' this during runs lately... The breakdown really gets me going.
