BTW, the Giants winning the Super Bowl caused people to realize Chris Russo exists somewhere on satellite radio and his whole show this week is him getting into fights with Giants fans on the radio and twitter with Russo defending the championship merits of his San Francisco Giants after calling the Giants fortunate. Somehow if he had Francesa as a partner or was on terrestrial radio in NYC, I doubt he would have the guts to be this contrarian.

Another one that isn't Francesa, but it's WFAN and I can't resist.....
I heard it the other day and wasn't sure, but Evan Roberts did it again when he was talking about a news report he read and said "reportably" when "reportedly" was the word he was looking for.

I heard the start of Francesa's show Thursday when he admitted he didn't know much about UNC Asheville but heard they were a "weak 16" and kept on saying they were in for a long afternoon, since Syracuse would be in a bad mood.
I didn't hear his reaction when the 'Cuse needed a couple of questionable calls to get over the finish line.

I was home a bit under the weather on Friday, so I had the rare chance to follow Mike's On.
He spent most of Friday's show commenting on golf action that no one, even those watching on YES, could see. Clearly, he was more interested in watching the golf than he was in doing a show. I can't count how many times he mentioned Tiger's use of "EYE-ins" to hit the ball.
Once Tiger took the lead, Francesa all but declared the tournament over and said it would kill NBC because no one else in the field could present any threat.
Of course, Tiger fell off the lead that night and kept falling.
While I'm sure Francesa will talk about the collapse, it will be interesting to hear if he acknowledges how far off his prediction was.
