Tyreeli or whatever it is called. All I could remember is being in my dad's study b/c I couldn't watch it with other people and I heard my mother and sister reaction to the play's whole development in the next room. So whenever I see the replay of it, I always hear how my mother and sister reacted.
David Wright off of Mariano to win in epic comeback fashion in the Subway Series. I was there and I think a jumped over two rows of seats in celebration.
Jay Alford's sack against Tom Brady in the Super Bowl.
Amani Toomer's catch and run against Dallas in the 2007 playoffs.
Out of pure schadenfreude: Ronde Barber's INT of McNabb in the NFC championship game and pretty sure last football game at The Vet.
Ivan Rodriguez's body of work in the 2003 MLB playoffs. Was he roided up beyond belief? Yes but, his overall performance in calling games, hitting, and catching were on a different level than any other player that post-season. Schadenfreude because I was sick of the Cubs/Yankees/Red Sox being the decided choices for the World Series when that Marlins team was way more compelling and in hindsight, way more talented than credited.
Favre's last play parts I-IV.
Out of pure misery: Yadier Molina and Adam Wainwright's curve ball.
DeSean Jackson.
Tre Junkin's snap.
Other's that I had no connection with the teams: Memphis' breakdown against Kansas.
Tracy Porter's Pick 6 in the Super Bowl.
Kane's silent goal to win the Stanley Cup.
Hakeem Warrick's block against Kansas.
Blake Griffin's dunk on Mozgov (sorry, Knicks fans, that was sick).

Good list -- got to add The Dunk
Strawberry's homer off the clock in Busch Stadium to beat the Cards 1-0 in the 2nd to last season of 1985
Mike Cameron falling flat on his face in RF and STILL catching a ball to back Pedro against the Diamondbacks in one of his 2005 gems -- was sitting in the RF stands, field level, and we just were continuing to applaud him and he just was doing everything he could do not to crack up
The Theismann play
Roy Jones Jr's absolute destruction of Montell Griffin to avenge his 168 lb loss due to a shite DQ
Easy Goer thrashing Sunday Silence at the Belmont
Personal Ensign winning the Breeders Cup Distaff to retire undefeated.

Not a play, but Namath wagging the #1 finger as he headed into the Orange Bowl tunnel after Super Bowl III

Jay Alford's sack against Tom Brady in the Super Bowl.
Good call. Almost more memorable than the Tyree catch... I guess they were both memorable in their own way and perfectly symbolic for the game itself (alford, the rookie i think who never sacked anyone or had one sack, just going right up the middle and taking down one of the best qbs in the nfl...). Anyway, Alford's sack was a perfect way to pretty much end that game.

Yeah, that was a sweet play. Kind of feel bad for Alford. I thought he was going to be a good player in their DT rotation, but he tore his ACL and MCL before the 09 season. The Giants cut him this past season.
