They tie in the 9th. They are down again in the 15th, 2 out nobody on. Walk. PITCHER COMES UP. PITCHER UP PITCHER UP PITCHER UP

OLLY PEREZ, ACTUALLY.

CLOWN RELIEVER DOESN'T PAY NO MIND TO THE RUNNER, HE STEALS. HE IS ON SECOND.

OLLY CAN'T HIT, SO HE BUNTS.

Thrown. Away. nats. Tie.

They tied in the bottom of the 9th on a Harper PH

I just really fear they are goin to have a special season. I am furious and the XBOX is OFF. MLB TV on xbox its off, its closed. its powered off and im no longer watching that game.

Can I made a Nats Indifference thread now? :D

Is Murphy still hitting 400? That's all I really care about.

I've always loved a good underdog story. Go Mets (2018). I know an underdog when I see one.

Murphy hit a HR off of Gee today.

Murphy had more hits today against Kansas City than he did the entire World Series.

Murphy's been tearing the cover off the ball, plus according to all accounts he hasn't been that bad in the field(though he had a bad error yesterday).

We all know how he is in the field - he looks great then he looks inept. I will be annoyed if he hits .350 after 7 years of not coming close to that production as a Met, but otherwise I am at peace with his leaving.

Murphy's up to .409 after a 3 hit day.

It's not unreasonable to think he's gonna lead the league in hitting.

Still seems odd - I know he made some adjustments (at some point last year, but his numbers last year were no better than previous) but the dude was a .280 hitter for a very very long time.

He obviously did something last August. His slugging % jumped a good level then(obviously he's supernova hot to start the year this year). Here's a good article explaining it.
