Rank the Divisions (NL version)

Mon Jan 16, 2017 4:53 pm

The post in the other thread - NL east will be weak got me thinking on this.

NL East
Nats - good
Mets - good
Braves - Sleeper/average
Phils - bit below average/young & scrappy
Marlins - last, but not awful, unless they sell.

NL Central
Cubs - Rockem Sockem
Cards - Usually find a way to be good
Pirates - Might have one more run in the tank . . . but I'm thinking closer to 81-84 wins or less.
Reds - awful
Brewers - awful

NL West
Dodgers - Good
Giants - Solid/Good
Rockies - have a shot at .500 average chance at a sleeper
Diamondbacks - probably bad
Padres - laughable.

- - -

To me, the 3 divisions look kind of evenly matched with the NL East, not bad at all.

Am I crazy to think this?

I don't think the Brewers are completely awful. They're like the 2010-2013 Mets a bit.
