Matt TENNANT, not Torrant. (I went to BC and still am a season-ticket holder. He's going to be very good...O-Line U).

I'm not nearly good enough to project an entire round, or a full slate of picks for a given team, but I'll take a crack at the Jets here:

Pick 29) Devin McCourty - I think the Jets do sign Taylor before the draft, and don't cut Thomas, leaving them a glut of veteran pass rushers so they go corner early this year and attack pash rushing later in the draft and perhaps earlier on next year
Pick 61) Really like Kiper's Jordan Shipley projection here. He's likely the 5th receiver this year but with Cotch likely shifting back to a starting role after this year, and assuming 1 of Holmes or Edwards is brought back, Shipley is a nice fit as a long term possession guy.
Pick 124) This is where I think the Jets go big. I don't pretend to know what they feel is more important: DE/DL or OL, but I suspect they will draft a "replacement" guy here as rumors are them looking to shed some salary maybe on Faneca or Shaun Ellis. I've seen names like Arthur Jones of Syracuse here, or maybe a Ricky Sapp from Clemson.

Jets drafts are so tough to predict. If I were a betting man, I would bet the Jets DON'T select at pick 29. But who knows...I also think they can go a ton of ways, but believe it will be either an OG, DE/OLB, or CB early. We'll see.

So with the Jets officially locking up Taylor...I feel confident in my McCourty pick. There's also some buzz about trading up for Iupati, which could make sense for the long term, but I'd hate for them to cut Faneca now. I don't think we see a rush linebacker/stand up end now early. Maybe Odrick if he falls that far.

I heard Francesa say today that the Giants might trade up to get McClain. If they trade up to the 10th/11th spot what would they have to give up? Obviously their number one plus a two and a 4/5?

It depends if there are other takers. It could be less or it could be that. To me that is a heavy price tag.

Personal Preference Draft Board:
1.) ILB Rolando McClain- I am pretty sure this would require a major trade-up.
2.) DT Dan Williams- I really like this guy. Is a hot pursuit type guy but needs fire in the belly.
3.) OG Mike Iupati- A NY team taking an offensive guard from Idaho may not inspire the masses but I am sure when Al Faneca comparisons are being thrown around ears will perk up.
4.) RB CJ Spiller- I am only taking him if these four are gone and he is there.
5.) DE Derrick Morgan- Not the biggest need but if he is there take him. The most polished DE in the draft.
6.) OT Anthony Davis- He could be available or he could be picked by the Raiders/Seahawks. After Okung the opinions of other OTs are all over the place but even Okung may not be the first LT taken. Some people say that we should be moving Diehl back to Guard and get a franchise LT to fill his position with McKenzie going hasta la bye-bye. Outside out O'Hara the rest of the O-Line's future looks bright in this scenario. Do wonder how much of local product plays into these rumors that he is on their draft board.
7.) CB Kyle Wilson- Doomsday scenario pick if there are no takers for this spot and everybody above Mr. Wilson is gone. Let's be honest Mr. Webster and Mr. Ross have seen better days than last year. Terrell Thomas was out their on an island, and it was not Revis Island. Wilson, NJ native, is raw and athletic. Also his return abilities may finally be the one thing that pushes Sinorice Moss out the door and for that I APPROVE.
8.) OLB/ILB Sean Weatherspoon- To take this guy would mean trading down into the early 20s for me to really be comfortable with this pick. He is not a natural ILB and is a bit smallish compared to my man McClain. However he has put up good consistent numbers as a starter in a major conference. That reeks of a JR pick.
9.) CB Joe Haden- This could go along with the Wilson doomsday pick. No major qualms as long as the above is not available.
10.) C/OG Maurkice Pouncey- I would be more comfortable if this pick were a trade down but I would not mind this guy.

Remote at The TV Situation;
1.) DE/OLB Jason Pierre-Paul- Raw, raw, and raw. Inexperienced and coming into this season was not even the best defensive end on his team. JUCO player and the success rate of JUCO DEs is about the same as winning the lottery. Selection would go against so much JR precedent.
2.) TE Jermaine Gresham- Scary part is that this does coincide with JR precedent but why am I hearing from trusted people like Mike Mayock that the Giants are interested in this guy? Beckum did nothing last year but has room for improvement and was technically the Gresham pick of last year and then there is Mr. Boss. Sorry, cannot approve of this idea when there are so many needs. Hope it is a smoke screen.
3.) WR Dez Bryant- BPA my patootie! That scenario should mean wave carrot at other teams to trade down.
4.) OT Bryan Bulaga- It is not that I am against taking an O-Lineman or am spooked by taking an O-Lineman from Iowa (I would take Steinbach in a second) but this guy has no punch, not considered a good-run blocker (which is important if the Giants want to keep their trademark) and would probably be better suited at RT. Thankfully some chump team in the top 10 will take him.
5.) Trade Up for somebody not named Mr. McClain.
