The Jets have an IST. The New York Football Giants need one! O-Line looking very good, considering the injuries. Too bad that Andrews got hurt. He is very good when healthy. D. Ware did nothing against him in the 2nd Cowboys game. Hopefully Diehl, O'Hara, Nicks, and Smith can return soon. On defense JPP is looking very good. He is stepping up with the loss of Kiwanuka. I'm sure the Jets wish they had a pass rushing talent like him on their team. At 8-4 the Giants are in solid shape. The NFC will come down to 7 teams competing for 5 spots, with the NFC West winner getting the 4th seed. Eagles, Giants, Packers, Bears, Falcons, Saints, Bucs. Two of those teams will miss the playoffs. Usually 10-6 gets you into the playoffs, but it might not this year. I can see the Giants not getting in at 10-6 if they lose to the Eagles and Packers.

The New York Giants are stuck in Missouri after severe blizzards in the Twin Cities caused St. Paul International Airport to temporarily close.
The team has been forced to conduct team meetings and walk-throughs at MCI Airport, and will spend Saturday night in Kansas City. Weather permitting, the Giants will take off for Minnesota first thing Sunday morning, and travel straight to the Metrodome from the airport, as the schedule 12:00pm CST kickoff time has still not changed.

Game was moved to Monday, but now there are reports that the roof of the Metrodome has collapsed.

It really seems to me that the Vikings are going to extraordinary lengths to extend Brett Favre's streak.

#6 and counting. Tavaris Jackson to the IR.

I wonder what the record is for quarterbacks injured by 1 team

Rough loss(I think that's a gross understatement).

I find it funny when a coach says, "It is all on me." and then goes on to explain why it wasn't his fault.

This loss is about as bad as it gets.

Absolutely brutal loss. To quote Francesa, an "uttuh disastuh." You know it's bad when you walk into work and your principal tells you "I was thinking of you yesterday." Easily the worst loss since the 49ers playoff game (Titans game as well). 7:30 minutes away from 10-4 and having a great shot at being the #2 seed to now being 9-5 and having basically a playoff game against the Packers this week. I would rather lose 38-0, than lose like that.

Giants never do well as a high seed. I think they'll respond this week and be fine. Might actually help them if they face Philly in the playoffs - don't ever let up on these guys, they are the Yankees of the NFL with their offense's comeback ability.
