I can start 2 WR and 1 WR/RB flex. Currently I'm starting Welker and Jones, with Blount as my flex. My other 2 starting RBs are Hillis and Forte so its a no-go to start all 3 of Welker, Jones, and Bryant.

My opponent, at least as of now, is starting: Eli Manning, Peterson, Gore, Mike Williams, Nicks, Bowe, Gronkowski, Cowboys' defense, Feely.

Somebody on another board advised to go with Jones; he thinks Atlanta will showcase him right away. Bryant in San Francisco next week should be more juicy.

Im starting Feely as well. Hope he blows up (12 points :) )

I agree with them showcasing Jones early. The first preseason game, they showcased him like he was the prettiest girl at the pageant. Like White said, 1A to his 1. Now that I know whos on your team, start Jones and Bryant. I dont like Blount this year. Blount will lose some carries to Graham and maybe even Bradford. My personal opinion, I wouldnt touch Blount, even with his improved receiving. I just dont like him. He did put up 100yads and a TD in last years game. The one they lost In OT I believe.

If it straight Jones or Bryant, go with Jones.

Eh, I don't really buy that Graham will get carries. Blount is by far their best option for running the ball. Graham is what, 31 now (?), only had 20 carries all of last season, and hasn't gotten more than 100 since 2008. He also got very minimal work in preseason. I don't really think Bradford or Lumpkin are much of a threat either. Also, fwiw, Blount actually had four 100+ yard rushing games and averaged over 5 yards per carry on the season.

I'm not crazy high on him, but I think he'll be really useful. I really would be surprised if some of their other backs significantly cut into his carries.

Well aware of both Blount (single year) and Grahams past. I just dont see him putting up similar numbers. His reception will improve. Possibly 20, but his YPC will decrease. In fact the entire team may have a less than expected year. I also dont buy in Morris being a good Head coach. FAR FROM IT!

The total output will be 51 points with the slight chance Lions score 35.

27 to 24 is the final score.

Starting Julio Jones worked out fairly well. Awesome game from Forte has really helped. Unfortunately Blount was a big bust. Still don't understand why he was barely used.

Unless my opponent gets tons of points from Pats' TE Gronkowski, I'm going to win this week. I still have Welker going too. Brees, Forte, and Eagles' defense were my big point-getters. Like I said, Blount was my weakest starter and I basically had no kicker because Nate Kaeding got hurt on the opening kickoff. #-o

I lost Kaeding on my TD-only team as well, and it hurts more there. Unfortunately, there is no bench in that league, so everybody starts (2 QB, 3 RB, 4 WR, 2 K, 1 D/ST) .. my other kicker is Neil Rackers. My current free agent options are: Mike Nugent, Josh Scobee, or Kaeding's replacement (which is rumored to be Nick Novak). There's also Steven Hauschka and Graham Gano. Which one is most ideal to pick up? I'm definitely leaning Scobee or Nugent since they seem safest, but Novak could rack up decent points with San Diego's offense. On the flipside, hes Nick Novak, and job security may be an issue.

If it helps, the kicker scoring in that league goes like this: 1 point per XP, 3 points per FG < 50 yards, 6 points per 50+ yard FG.

It really sucks when you have back to back years of your TE going down.

Finley and Clark last year

Hernandez this year (both leagues). Thank god I drafted Keller as well and picked him up in another league.

At lease I was smart enough to draft rice instead of charles 8)

now all I need is for bradshaw to start playing like he should
