The difference is, IMO, is Melo can't live without that. There's no way his ego will not let the offense go through/to him 90% of the time. And that's my issue with him.
Lin played teamball, Melo cannot/will not.
Again Linn is a PG he is suppose to play team ball. He is suppose to distribute. melo is a scorer. He is suppose to score and does it better than 99% of the NBA.
