just heard on the fan. don't like that deal for the Nets, feel like they could have got more for Jefferson.

Carter needs to go.

I love the trade from a financial standpoint. I am intrigued to find out how it works for the Nets on the actual hardwood floor. Yi has potential (although he seems to be very, very soft especially on the defensive end), and Simmons has ability. Jefferson needed to go, so I am very happy to see him leave.

Oh, BTW...Carter will not be going anywhere. The Nets are not going to trade their biggest and possibly only draw right now.

I do not think that is going to happen... Unless the Nets move to Crooklyn. Still a good trade though.

Yi in Milwaukee was never going to last. Simmons is very underrated and can bring it from both sides of the court. I really like this deal and I assume that means the Nets will try to get Shooting Guard or Gallinari.
