Anyone??

I don't know if they're gonna get anything done when they're fighting over 2% of the BRI, but it's interesting that most of what they've discussed thus far has been agreed upon.

Anyone wanna talk NBA?

Knicks-Nets Or the Heat or whatever or just the Lockout?

I hate this. Week after the World Series is when the NBA season usually begins and my life revolves around sports lol.

While we wait on Reyes and in between football Sundays we can discuss NBA stuff here, cool?

Signed,
Depressed NBA fan..

Yeah, and if you're using the "He's 19" logic, then I guess the best report a scout could give us is:

"I have no idea. He's a teenager. He may go through 5 arm surgeries between now and his 30th birthday. He may add a pitch. He may lose a pitch. He may put on 30 lbs and add velocity. He may put on 50 lbs and eat his way out of the league. I literally have no idea what he is going to be."

But thats not what these guys are paid to do, nor what we are looking for them to do, right?

I guess so. I'm more a casual NHL fan but I may be watching more now-

WojYahooNBA Adrian Wojnarowski
As many as 50 NBA players were part of conference call with anti-trust attorney Thursday discussing union decertification, sources tell Y!

WojYahooNBA Adrian Wojnarowski
There were two conference calls held this week -- Tuesday and Thursday -- without knowledge of NBPA officials, sources tell Y!

WojYahooNBA Adrian Wojnarowski
Calls included several All-Stars. One source on calls told Y!: "We're beyond frustrated with concessions that have already been made."

WojYahooNBA Adrian Wojnarowski
Here was theme: If NBPA drops below 52% on BRI, and/or remaining system issues go league's way, then this will become movement to decertify.

I was really stoked about the Knicks until this happened... Been enjoying NC collegiate sports, 'cuse and of course the Steelers.

If important players go to play in Europe, do they have to come back once the league resumes?

All the overseas contracts I've heard about have opt-out clauses if the lockout is lifted.
