Make or break from here on out.

Really nice comeback win for your Flames tonight...

Beautiful goal by Langkow off the feed from Tanguay, then the blast by Phaneuf.

Tanguay has played extremely well this year. He is one of our better defensive forwards and our best play maker by far. He gives us a nice scoring second line.

Both goalies were on top of their game last night. Kipper stopped a couple that he had no business getting to.

1st in the Northwest now with 90 points.

Finished 7th in the West. First round vs. San Jose. It's a tough draw, but I like the way we match up.

First game of the series is Wednesday.

The series is at 1-1. Flames took game 1, 3-2 and then lost game 2, 2-0.

We got the bounces in game 1 and were not able to finish in game 2.

Sunday night is game 3 at 10 PM. It should be on VS.

caught the 3rd period of this game... what a win from the flames. I thought they were doomed when I checked the score after the devils game and they were down 3-0 4 minutes in. Good to see them chip away and pull out the W.

Ridiculous comeback. Keenan definately showed his cajones putting CuJo in for Kippur. Nice job by the Flames. Love their team and their fans. Wish they won the cup instead of hearing Dave Mishkin shriek for the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Just a great win. Getting a goal back in the first must have taken the pressure off. The Flames played a lot better with one on the board and were able to rally around Cujo.

Jarome Iginla had several shifts where he dominated and generally had his way with San Jose defenders all night. His line played great all night along the boards and generated a couple scoring chances off the cycle.

The tempo of the game increased in the second period and made for some entertaining hockey. I think the Flames played best in the second, but were not able to capitalize on a couple chances.

Alex Tanguay played very well tonight. He had a couple shots on the break and a couple key takeaways. Nabokov made a great save on Alex on a 2-on-1 opportunity.

Cujo played outstanding. Exactly what the doctor ordered. Kipper is our man, but Cujo showed he is still as solid as oak.

A great win and cannot wait till Tuesday night at 10:00 PM for Game 4 at the Saddledome.

The 3rd was some entertaining hockey. It was strange because I missed watching the opening minutes with VS. showing the end of the Devils-Rangers. Next thing I know I am watching and its 3-0.

Still, made for an exciting comeback.

They don't call him Iron Mike for nothing! It's great having a backup like Cujo who can blank the other team after a rough start. Hopefully now Kipper will regain form.

And yeaaaaa I would of liked a Cup in '04. Still hurts...

Well, I guess my Calgary in 6 pick is looking good so far

But honestly I didn't think they'd win last night when they fell so far behind early. I went to sleep soon after the Devil-Ranger postgame and the 3-0 was the only update I heard. I was stunned to see the final this morning

3-2 loss last night. Blew a 1 goal lead in the 3rd with Thornton getting the winner with 9.4 seconds left.

Game Thursday back in San Jose at 10:00 PM. The game should be on VS.
