Great game, I love the Pens throwback look. I bought throwback hoodie last weekend. A guy I know went to the game and thought he had bought a sweatshirt with both teams logos on it (since most of the mecrchandise available at the game sported only both teams teams), got home and unfolded it and it was a Buffalo Sabres only sweatshirt. $60 well spent from a Pens fan.

This was great, awesome for the game.

There is already talk about having Pittsburgh play Philly in Beaver Stadium (State College, PA).

My only suggestion is to make it a yearly event on Christmas day, this way there is no true sports competition on TV.

Rangers-Islanders at CitiField anybody...?

I love the outside game. It's just a really fun idea and should be made a tradition.

Yesterday was a great day for the NHL and hopefully it will build off this recent success.

It did a 2.6 rating, the highest for an NHL regular season game since 1996.

Well there's been talk about Rangers-Isles at Yankee Stadium before it closes its doors for good, I hate to say it but it'd be better having it there than CitiField, not the least of which because you could fit 10-15,000 more people in there.

Chicago-Detroit at Soldier Field would be nice as well, two Original Six teams.

It would be freakin' cool to see a hockey game played in the current Yankee Stadium.

Well it may not be in the current Skankee stadium, but it looks like it will be in Skankee stadium in 2009.

I still say that Giant stadium is much better suited to host one of these games, but it will definately be cool even if its Skankee satdium.
