I find it pretty funny that Eskin and Vick both spell Favre as "Farve." They don't know how to spell Favre correctly by now? The guy has only been around for 752 years.
Andrews and Jacobs are having their deals restructured.
WFAN reported Osi will hold out.
Lots of speculation the Giants will look to FA to fill the void left by O'Hara and Seubert, most like a Center.
Other NFL stuff:
Mike Brown is playing poker with Carson Palmer. As far as he is concerned, Palmer is 'retired' and does not see him getting traded.
Hasselbeck leaving Seattle. Leinart heavily speculated as a choice.
The speculation is Kevin Kolb to Arizona for Rodgers-Cromartie and a draft pick. Please, Arizona do this deal. I do not want the Eagles getting Asomugha! They still might though giving they are always with a good amount of cap space.
Marion Barber, Leonard Davis, and Roy Williams are being cut.

Herzlich is the man. I'm a BC grad, so I'm biased. But yeah, I'll be rooting hard there. Great pickup by you guys.
The ceiling is, the strength and his mobility returns to what it was pre-cancer, where he was arguably one of the best SLB in college football. As big as a 3-4 OLB, but quick enough to play his position as a Sam, and great in pass coverage. And obviously, off the charts leadership and all that jazz. Just an incredible guy to watch play. This year was tougher, as you loved the story, but he wasn't close to what he was (projected 1st rounder if he left early...cruel twist of fate for doing the right thing there).

Jets resign Hunter. Woody is retiring.
Meh, OK. Hunter's not a starter, but he was OK last year. Good depth; hope Callahan is ready to turn Ducasse into the real deal; he's going back to his more-familiar tackle spot and theres no way you want him to lose 2 straight summer competitions against a couple of guys looked at as, ideally, no more than depth. Definitely something to watch.

Packers to trade or cut Nick Barnett. Probably for the best. The guy has been injured more often than not.
They just drafted LBs Ricky Elmore out of Arizona and D.J. Smith out of Appalachian St. They have plenty of guys that can fill that LB void...Walden, Jones, Zombo, Briggs, Bishop, Poppinga as well as stars in Matthews and Hawk.
