My younger sister, who ranks way above casual fan, but below NYFS intensity, said Niese should get his nose fixed from the first time she saw him.
When she brought that to my attention, I wondered if it might help his breathing to get it fixed.
I also have to note the irony of Beltran urging someone to have cosmetic surgery when I doubt anyone who's ever looked at Carlos hasn't wondered if he could do something about the mole on his ear.

This has to be the first time someone got a nose job and then went on to claim big medical benefits.

Gotta believe he had noticeable breathing issues to prompt Beltran to comment on it.
