Vincent Jackson is also in that category of Redskins-like decisions, particularly his attitude. Rumors were they were in on both Jackson and Garcon but that cap penalty may have effected Jackson coming over. Jackson looks like he is going to be a Buccaneer.
The Marshall move is curious for the Dolphins who now don't have a #1 WR to attract Peyton Manning (unless they expect Manning-Wayne in a package deal). Now if they sign Matt Flynn, who is he going to throw to, a 1st round pick? I actually think Joe Philbin will be a good coach and hopefully he can bring over Green Bay personnel but Stephen Ross the owner is the X-Factor. For the Bears they have a nice threat who has a history with Jay Cutler. Now if they keep Kellen Davis and Matt Forte, I think that offense with a healthy Cutler makes the NFC North a very competitive division.
I know the Cardinals are going all-out on Peyton but their cap-situation is not good. Luckily they do have talent on offense but how are they going to afford him?
And in the news of WUT, Reggie Wayne has re-signed with the Colts.
Redskins have signed WR Josh Morgan and have been connected to TE John Carlson and WR Eddie Royal. I guess Shannahan saw the Cam Newton experiment and believed RG3 can immediately make an impact as long as he has "weapons". TE Chris Cooley looks like a cap-casualty.
Cortland Finnegan reunites with Jeff Fisher, getting a 5 year deal with the Rams.
Bears sign Jason Campbell as a security blanket if Cutler gets injured again.
Bucs and Vincent Jackson agree to a 3 year deal.
In addition to being connected to Mario Williams, WR Robert Meachem to the Bills looks very possible.

It'll be interesting to see how the cap situation of the Skins and Cowboys getting fined due to "illegal" front-loading of contracts effect their moves. The Skins are getting fined $36 million, available over 2 years, while the Boys are getting fined $10 million.

I think it was more obvious with the Redskins over the years that something was up.
Chargers sign WR Robert Meachem.
Brandon Marshall may have been involved in another domestic dispute against a woman, hence the Dolphins giving him up for very little. That said, the Dolphins better go after a WR be it Royal, Llloyd, or Manningham.
Iggles have agreed with Trent Cole as an extension. Keep an eye on this, Osi and Cole share the same agent.
Santana Moss will likely join Chris Cooley as a cap casualty of the Redskins.
Browns are NOT pursuing Matt Flynn. Rumor is that they are really high on A & M QB Ryan Tannenhill. Holmgren and Heckert are close to his former coach Mike Sherman and probably have a lot of inside information.
Bears sign 49ers ST ace Blake Costanzo.
Seahawks will get visits from Chad Henne and Matt Flynn.
Despite reports that Mario Williams left town it appears he is still in Buffalo and is taking a physical according to Peter King.
Chiefs CB Brandon Carr seems to be close to a deal with the Cowboys.
Chad Henne is in contact with the Jets.
Another Titan refugee, Jason Jones, may be going to the Rams. He's a slightly poor man's Justin Tuck. Great compliment on the D-Line with Long.
Bears sign KR/WR Eric Weems.
49ers looking at Wideouts Brandon Lloyd and Chaz Schillens. It should be noted that this year is not a great draft for wideouts. The best the 49ers could hope for is Alson Jeffrey or Rueben Randle at their spot.
Like the Bears did signing Jason Campbell, the Rams are looking for a security blanket in the case that Bradford gets beat up again. Shaun Hill has a visit.
Iggles have released C Jamaal Jackson. A bit of a surprise. It appears just a few hours ago he was their facilities doing workouts with teammates. I hope they spend a draft pick on a Center.
