That's Andres Blanco, a middle infielder with 235 games. RT @AdamKilgoreWP: Davey anticipates the Phillies will have interest in Blanco.

Are you sure we couldn't interest you in some Joaquin Arias, Ruben?

Nah, he's already planning to ask Julio Franco to come out of retirement. Or maybe sign Abraham Nunez, who is floating around Indy ball somewhere.

I'm watching the A's/M's game from earlier this morning. Smoak just took Colon oppo. I still have hope! He'll break it out this year, book it. 8)

This team would be far more interesting with Kirk playing CF and Torres on the bench.

Hopefully IF Bay is an unmitigated disaster, Kirk will be called up.

No reason to go through a season with a .230 hitting/no power Bay, when you have a Major League ready OF'er in AAA.

I'd like to believe Bay is only given 4-6 weeks before they at the very least platoon him with Kirk.

I'd like to believe Bay plays like Bay.

You can keep repeating it but 2 years + 1 ST in he still looks the same. Sandy even admitted he hasn't looked good this spring. He wouldn't be the first 33-34 year old to be done.
