Cuan, who is really laboring here, is pretty much 87-88 with the heater, though there was one anomaly (91 MPH, hmm). His slop pitches are mid-70's (I'd call it a sweeping breaking ball), he's thrown a couple God-knows-whats that come in around 81-82.

Muno just booted a TAILOR-MADE 6-4-3 DP and instead the Yanks take the lead, 4-3.

I don't think we'll have to worry too much about Muno at short; I'd bet on Tovar being the everyday SS with Muno at 2B. I guess Shields will act as a utility infielder.

Cuan nicks the next guy on the arm, I guess.

Bases loaded, 1 out.

He's already thrown 30 pitches this inning.

That's all for Cuan. No clue who's coming in.

Girardi is sending up a guy wearing #41 who is apparently not listed on the minor league roster that YES has.

Okay I might be off on that; Tovar is actually at 2B right now according to Gameday. Haven't been paying attention enough to notice if it's really him or not. He was at SS earlier though, I think.

Yeah, Tovar has been at 2B the whole time. Kay kept calling Cedeno "Tovar."

John Church hurling here. Offers up a 91 MPH fastball, followed by an 88 MPH fastball.

I think Girardi and TC have some sort of wager on who can use the most players today.

It looks like Rafael Fernandez is the new LF.

Church is getting hit hard here.

John Church is one of the first roster moves down to extended this spring to get one of the "snubbed" guys into full season ball. Book it.

Now Sandoval boots an easy grounder.

Fortunately the St. Lucie Mets' star players aren't eligible for this game so this isn't necessarily a preview of the St. Lucie season.

Danny Muno, looking to atone for his error that cost the Mets 4 runs, ropes a double into the LF corner against LHP #30 (nobody knows who it is).
