Pitching matchups could be fun tonight; Familia is listed for Buffalo, we know Wheeler is scheduled to go for Binghamton, and if you go by Toby's Savannah roster preview (where he gives the rotation in order), Montero should be the starter tonight. No idea about St. Lucie though.

Just to add to what charliedvrs said on the other thread.... it was only 1 game BUT... Valdespin is a very awkward fielder at 2b. He may be a great athlete but he plays back on his heels and just doesn't look smooth there. I have a feeling this is a big reason they are giving him some time at other positions.

I wonder if they give Valdespin a run in CF with Kirk now out of the picture. I think right now he's already a better CF option than Loewen or Rottino.

Montero is definitely starting. Says so in last night's game recap.

St. Lucie remains the mystery team. At least their roster appears to be accurate (for now), with the exception of Dock Doyle appearing active on it despite being suspended.

And no word what the deal with Goeddel is.

I am sure it is wrong, but he is listed on the Sand Gnats' DL.
