Even still It's Burkhardt's job to verify this stuff. All of these reporters are way too quick to get the story first. You win nothing for reporting wrong info. I have nothing against KB, I actually think he does a great job on Cyclones games as the play by play guy. I just think this was a poor job by him. Burkhardt also waited over half an hour to explain the mix up.
