I'm a fan of giving a guy a full day when you give him a game off. He's already playing today, I don't think it'll have as much of an impact if you just give him tonight off when he already played in the afternoon, and then throw him right back in there tomorrow night.

Classic 2012 Mets game. 5 walks, seeing a ton of pitches, 1 run in the 6th.
